Wheel dust cover/ bearing cover

I have a 2016 whitehawk 27dsrl and I want to grease the bearings. How do I get the dust covers (center caps) off. I tried to tap them extra lightly but couldn't get them to pop off like my last camper. Just wondering what the trick is. Thanks guys.

May need to get a thin bladed flat/straight screwdriver and tap it into the seam where the cap & hub meet and work your way around the seam to get the cap off. Some can be very stubborn about moving/coming off.

These are a bit pricey, but does the job without damaging the cup. https://www.homedepot.com/p/VIM-Tool...V216/207135617
