Where is the receiver for the remote?

First time camping in our new Starcraft Travelstar 309BHS. The remote for the slide/awning etc. stopped working. The remote control works fine but nothing happens. I was told to check the fuse on the receiver but I cannot seem to locate it. Called my dealers service dept and they don't know where it is either. Anybody out there know where it might be hidden?

Try replacing the battery in the remote.Made mine work like new,which it was.
