Whirlpool WRS571CIDM

I just discovered that the no-frost has failed in the Whirlpool WRS571CIDM refrigerator in my 2018 Pinnacle 36KPTS.

It is either the sensor, or heating element, either way it needs to be repaired. My question is; Do I have to take it back to the Dealer, or does Jayco send out a repair tech from Whirlpool?

I am in the middle of a 2 week camping trip, I used my Wife's blow dryer to thaw/melt the frost/ice from the evaporator to cripple it along for now, bur like I said it needs to be addressed.

Please advise as to what is my best avenue to pursue.

Thanks

Thanks Grumpy. That is what I was thought (and hoping for)

Now for the $1,000,000 question, Is it covered for 2 years (Jayco's Warranty)

or 1 year (Whirlpool's Warranty)

According to Jayco's 2-Year Warranty, "In a nutshell, our two year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may occur within the first two years of the original owner’s possession. There is a list of things that are not covered by our two year warranty and it is important for all owners to read this section in the Owner’s Manual."

I don't have an owner's manual yet. We just ordered a Jayco.
