White Hawk Slider Leak when closed

I have 2015 white hawk 21 FBS. When the slider is closed there is water leaking in. Opening the slider, shows water on the edge of the carpet glued to the TT floor in front of the slider. Has any one else had this problem If so, what was the fix?

Jayco uses similar construction in all their slide outs across all makes and models. I had a slide leak that was driving me crazy. Went over every inch of the seals on all four sides of the slideout and could not “figure it out. After taking it to the factory it turned out to be pretty simple. There is a 3-4” band of trim around the outside of the slide on all four sides. This is called trim rail. The seam between the trim rail and the wall of the slide is sealed at the factory with a clear sealant called OSI Quad. If there is 0 the slightest gap from weathering or improper installation at the factory there is a possibility of water intrusion whether the slide is opened or closed. This is the first place I would suggest you check.
