Window Wiper Seals "shrinking" ?

The end of my 2 year warranty is fast approaching and I recently found that most of my frame style windows have a seal issue. Seems like the rubber wiper seals are 'shrinking' and pulling away from the window frame, thus exposing a moisture entry point.

Anybody else experiencing this

Bottom of same window......,

Advised my dealer and plan to take my TT in for their inspection.

Mine have been doing that for years. I don't think those wipers are any kind of moisture barrier as the water flows around/behind them and into the window channel and out the window drains. Every one of my windows the seal has shortened up. None of my windows leak and I consider the seal as a "trim" piece.

Ours hasn't pulled at the corners, but the ends have pulled down a little. I try to wipe them with 303 every once in a while, and it seems to help some.

Otherwise I fill in the separations with a bit of black silicone caulk.

I found that my windows are manufactured by "Cleer Vision Windows"...., not a Lippert window.

The wiper seal in question is replaceable and would be a much cleaner repair than filling the gap with silicon..., especially since the window surface slides across it.

RV dealer presently processing the warranty claim.
