wire harness problem? on whitehawk

Just currious if anyone has had a wire harness problem? My problem is when I hook up to my truck. My truck says on its display panel a couple different things. Sometimes it says the "trailer is diconected" when in fact it is. Sometimes it says "wire fault on trailer " these messages come up while parked and towing.

I have checked my plug outlet on my truck with another trailer and found no problems...

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

thank you

Haven't had any issues with mine. Does everything still work on the TT when the display reads that there's an issue? And are you sure it's not an issue on the truck side of the equation?
