Cabinets shouldn't open regardless. None of mine on both trailers I've owned have. Maybe your latches needed to be adjusted on your last trailer.

I drive a lot of forest roads and other back country roads. The latches had nothing to do with it, it was the harshness of the steel equilizer.

I also tow a 7,000lb cargo trailer for work everyday and my tools would be all over the place each day until I installed MorRyde. I have to disagree with anyone who says it doesn't make differnce as my experience has shown they are very effective.

While the Mor/Ryde is gone from the Elite package it looks like it's available as standard on the 2017 Eagles.
