We used to carry one those cheapie inverters that you could plug into any power point in the vehicle, then you could plug into that. Worked great for video games for the kids. We're lucky enough now that our F-250 has a 110v receptacle inside the cab. With a 50ft extension cord, I can air up any tire on my rig. We have a Black & Decker air machine that runs off 110 or 12v.
