07 Jayco greyhawk question

We have a 07 Jayco greyhawk, when plugged in we have power to microwave and outlets. The lights, frig, furnace, & pumps have no juice. If we hold battery disconnect switch continuously then all turns on and works. Once we let go of switch all turns off. We checked breakers and fuse at disconnect. Any ideas of what it could be?

Our salesman switch is momentary and just needs to be pushed and let go to turn on.
If that's not it the relay near the battery may have failed.

The steps and lights at the steps are working off the battery but nothing else, no blown fuses, batteries are charged up, everything was good yesterday

They are usually hot-wired and not dependent upon the switch.
