12 volt fuse panel

I just purchased a 2008 Jayco Melbourne 26a, I can't locate the 12 volt fuse panel for the coach house, am I wrong assuming there is one? Where is the panel located?

Looking at photos on GOOGLE SEARCH I would look at the panels under the OVEN abd the GRIDGE. I also notice there is items under the raise up bed...

What you are looking for is the Power Distribution Unit with 120VAC Circuit Breakers and 12VDC Fuses. In the bottom of this Distribution Panel panel is the CONVERTER/CHARGER unit.

In the travel trailers they are usually found under the Oven or Fridge close to the floor.

Another possible place would be on the walls of the storage bays.

Your house battery cable will go directly to this unit if you can trace it.

Roy Ken,
Since my RV has an inverter, do you know if that eliminates the 12 volt fuse panel? My last thing that I just looked for in the owners manual was the location of the inverter. From what you said I must be getting closer to finding it. Just didn't want to get on the road and blow a fuse and not know where anything is. Thanks for your response.

No the inverter and converter are two totally seperate items. As Roy Ken said you will probably find the 12 v fuses the 110 circuit breakers in very close proximity if not in/under ther same panel.

On my 2004 Granite Ridge the fuse panel is located on the bed frame. Pull up your bed spread or comforter and look on both sides of the bed on the outside and then on the inside to see if you can find it.
