1500 miles and had to be towed

I have a 2013 Greyhawk 31DS. The engine stalled and would not start. I had to have it towed. I called Ford Motorhome Assistance. They were very helpful in locating a Truck Service Center that could look at it immediately. They also sent the Tow Truck. I was nervous at the thought but the Tow Truck Driver was an experienced RV'r and took great care in connecting it. Seem as as though I need a new fuel pump....anyone else have this problem?

Happy Summer Y'all

Is the fuel pump up front or in the rear by or oin the tank? Just curious. I have not had any chasis side issues.

We've not had any issues with the Ford chasis either.

They replaced the fuel pump. When I picked it up I noticed damage from towing (it was towed in the rear.) at some point the hitch hit bumper which hit back wall under the rear storage door. No frame damage. But it popped and sheared the screws that hold an L bracket that attaches rear wall and floor. Side walls have screws falling out from L brackets that attach the side walls to floor...
I checked roof to see if there was any damage...
Now back to dealer to repair
Tow company will cover the repair's
But .....
Just feeling
I have to say I hope the walls are attached with more than brackets and little screws..

Anyway
Just needed to vent
Live and learn
Safe travels

Well RV has been at Ford Truck Center for 2 weeks, they could not road test it so I left work Thursday and did. I brought it back and once shut off would not start. They could not get a code but git faults with all fuel injectors. Hoping they can fix this so it can go to RV body shop and we can then use it.... Could be worse....
Hope summer is good

Well it's still at FORD truck center going into week 4..... Today Ford said they were in "limbo" beginning to think I have a "Lemon" Jayco and I have been in weekly contact and they have also been in touch with Ford dealer.... I just am beginning to think this cannot be fixed..... The good news (I guess) is that I bought it in New York state which does have a lemon law that applies to Mororhomes purchased there...
I am hopeful I don't have to go down that route. Just dazed, confused and frustrated.

Hope y'all having safe travels
