Welcome to the forum.

A couple of folks with that setup have commented that they were very pleased. I don't recall anyone posting that they were not happy with it.

Hope that helps at bit. I'm sure you'll hear from others.

The RV industry standard is anything over 26 feet needs 2 air conditioners. You'll see plenty without. I got two on my 31fs and was in 100 degrees and it handled it fine. Don't worry about the load. The rig is designed to handle it. With two air conditioners running, and the microwave running, it was still not maxed out to 30 amps. The load management system is really nice. The system reads out how many amps are consumed. You'll love it.
After you get it, don't forget to pick up a surge protector for it. I use a Progressive dynamics 30 amp unit and it's real nice. Now true confession. I left a campground 2 weeks ago and left my Progressive unit hanging on the pedestal. I was half way home when it hit me. Had to drive 90 miles back to get it. Learned my lesson, gotta use a checklist.

I have a 2017 Grayhawk 31DS with the 2A/C’s and the management system. We live in south Louisiana and from June to October we see temperatures 95 and above , the 2 A/C’s is a must. I have seen the same type of class C’s around me saying the one ac can’t keep up during the day. I only run the front unit at night .

Living in Texas my dealer only ordered 2 airs if the manufacturer offers it. We really like our 2 airs with the power management system. Works great!

If you get the single air it is a heater also. When you get two you only get cooling no heat. Your only source of heat is the furnace.

I gladly will give up the electric heat for the two airs. We are camping in Colorado right now with temperatures in the 30’s at night and just run a small electric heater. Haven’t even needed the furnace!

Get the two airs so you don’t find out you need them and like so many others have to have it added. Problem is to add it on with 30amp service your going to have you will need to run a separate power cord for it. Some have done this and it seems to work for them. I think I would just avoid those issues and get it from the factory.

How are you getting Internet access?
It looked like you were in the middle of nowhere.
Is there a cell tower close enough to the campground?

Ha! Yes we have cell service...believe it or not we have LTE! Cell tower must be close by but we’re not complaining.

Here are some pictures of our campsite looking toward Creede.

That's good news! I'm one of those who is actually more relaxed on vacation if I can check emails in the evening. So I'm on the lookout for campgrounds that'll still let me connect.

thank you!

Good information. I really was worried about only one air conditioner in hot weather. Think we will get one of those surge protectors and put it on a list.
