2005 Jayco Greyhawk 27DS

We went on a trip this weekend and took the Side X Side on the trailer.
We were driving right by a C.A.T. scale, I have never weighed this motorhome so I thought I would get it weighed. They had me pull onto the scale so the front axle was on one pad, the back axle was on another pad and my trailer was on the 3rd pad, which they turned off.
The front axle came in at 3480 lbs
The back axle came in at 10180 lbs
The total weight was 13660 lbs which is under the GVWR rating of 14050.
Looking on the sticker in the cab, this is what it says...
GAWR front 4600 lbs
GAWR rear 9450 lbs
My question is, is the back axle way over weight?
I wasn't bringing a lot with, it was just me and the wife for a 3 day camping trip.
I did have the trailer hooked to the ball, so I know I have to add a little weight for that.
Just wondering if anybody else has this problem? and should I worry about overloaded tires
Thanks.

class C's are famous for very little CCC. cargo carrying capacity.

I would weigh it again without the trailer. Some of that rear axle weight if from the trailer tongue and because of the rear overhang you probably took a little weight off the front axle unless you're using a WD hitch.

Without info on the SXS and trailer, (weights, size of trlr, etc) and any other cargo/items in the trailer, it's all a SWAG.

Was the trailer steel or aluminum?

Based on the numbers you posted, you were over on the rear axle by 600#+ but that could all be attributed to the tongue weight of the trailer/SXS combo.

I had an aluminum motorcycle trailer that weighed around 350#, and I could roll & drag it around the yard w/o issue. I now have a heavy steel angle iron trailer with wood floor that I can't move w/o hooking it up to the PU. Post up some details on the SXS and trailer, and maybe someone can help out.

The trailer and Side X side weigh about 2300lbs
I'm not sure what the tongue weight is?
I can move the trailer around fairly well when it is empty.

Best you can do is load it all back up like it was when you weighed it the first time, but this time weigh both together, then each separately, should give you the info needed to make some changes. Might be as simple as weight distribution.
