2011 Embark GPS update info needed

Hi all, first let me say that I'm newly retired after 22 years at Cummins and we're looking forward to putting more miles on our MH. I do have a question: Where does everyone go for map updates for the factory GPS? Ours hasn't been updated and we've had the GPS go dumb on us. I've searched the threads but can't seem to find any info. Thanks!

I would say contact the manufacturer of the unit. If it is a Garmin unit, they can usually be done online. If you post the brand name, somebody here might know.

Thanks for the reply, Sent Jayco a note. That's just it, there's no identification on the exterior or in the software that I can find and the model number in the manual ( no brand info) doesn't come up on any internet searches
