Has anyone done a remodel on this? The fabric is dated, the light is poor as the cabinets are dark, headboard is dated, curtains and valances are gross. Is it hard to rip out the carpet and replace it with wood laminate or such? Any advice, pictures welcome:-). Thanks!
Just finished our 2013 Melbourne (two slides) remodeling job replacing dinette with Repro power sofa, replace carpet with vinyl plank flooring, replaced all the curtains and valances with roller shades. The job wasn’t too difficult as long as you have the correct tools. Just take your time and plan out the work before diving in. Good Luke!
thanks for the encouragement! Was the carpet hard to remove? Do you have a strip of carpet under the stove area, if so what did you do about that? Would you be willing to post some pics so I can see your floor and roller shades? Thanks!
