2013 Jayco Greyhawk 31fs fresh water tank

We recently bought the Jayco Greyhawk and tried to fill the fresh water tank. After a bit we notice water leaking under the RV. I found it coming from a round hole on the side near the bottom of the tank. Is there suppose to be a plug there? I haven't found any documentation in the manuals or online.

Yes, this is where you drain the tank when you winterrise the motorhome. So yes it needs to be plugged up.

Is this in the area where the level sensors are located? These are wires attached to metal posts that stick into the tank, held in place with rubber plug.
One of these plugs might have fallen out, considering the age of your unit. They are easy to repair, and /or replace if you choose to.
