2015 Seneca Bath Sink Faucet Low Water Flow

Just purchased a 15 Seneca 36FK and the water flow through the bath sink faucet is so slow that the pump only cycles. I removed the faucet strainer, I thought it was clogged, and got no improvement. All of the other valves have adequate flow and the pump runs full speed until the valve is closed and the pump stops.
Has anyone had and solved this problem? I could replace the faucet, but I feel that I'm missing something and I don't want to switch valves. Is there a fix?
Thanks for your help, Larry.

Both, hot and cold. It's like a restriction at the valve. I don't know how good the valve is. I may need to replace it.

If it was mine I would pull that faucet, blow it with air, or take it apart. With the faucet off, see how the water flows with pressure into a bucket.

I would at least pull the valve out and check it - or replace it. That faucet is really the highest flowing in our entire motorhome. It also is the most used for us...

My valve is now working better. I've been using it for a couple days without the aerator and it's much improved.

Take note that aerator can be separated into several pieces. On mine there is a green flow control device inside the aerator. You cant totally remove it since it holds the parts together, so I used a drill and drilled about 8 1/8 or so holes in it to make it flow better. This was a huge help. Before that, there was not enough water flow to trigger the hot water heater. Once I drilled the holes, it worked just fine.
