2016 29MV Extended Warranty

Had a question and wanted to see how others handled this. Last year our 29MV's 2 year warranty expired. So we purchased the Route 66, 5 year extended warranty through our local Jayco dealer. Now, this year, the 3 year/36,000 mile Ford Warranty will expire on the Ford portion of the RV. We only have 13,000 miles on the RV, so I wanted to see if I could get Ford to extend the warranty term/years. So I called Ford. The only thing they would offer me was to add 4 additional years, and up to 75,000 miles, for a cost of about $3K. This seems a bit high to me. I contacted a couple 3rd party warranty companies but they didn't offer extended warranties on anything over a F/E 350 (whereas this is an E450. I wanted to see how other Jayco Class C owners handle this. Have any of you gotten extended warranties on the cab/chassis? If so, who did you use? We had one service from Ford last month on the A/C which turned out to be completely covered by the warranty, had it not, it would have been a $1300 bill, mostly for labor to get to the A/C components.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

My route 66 warranty covers the freightliner chassis. Which option did you buy?
