2016 Greyhawk 29MV LED Lights

We have a 29MV we got almost a year ago. We are having several of the recessed LED lights in the ceiling that are connected to the Internal Lights switch go out. Is there an easy fix for this, or is this a warranty item? When I popped off one of the covers, it just looks like circuitry..

Thanks!
Dave

If I read you right, yeah those new LED "bulbs" look like a circuit board because -- well -- they are one.

I'd head over to someplace like M4 Products (M4 Products)

[ No affiliation - just a suggestion ]

And see if you can find a matching LED light.

Coupl'a additional thoughts - LED lights *should* last a lot longer. Having several burn out would get me thinking.

Some (cheaper) LED lights aren't tolerant of voltage fluctuations. Might make me wonder if I've got power issues.

And I've had hit-or-miss luck on the Chinese cheapies from eBay. In my old coach, I replaced all of the bulbs with Chinese cheapies. About 75% lasted and 25% had early failure.

So - maybe there's an issue or maybe Jayco got a batch of bad ones?

I had one of the overhead LED lights go out just last week. I started to pull it apart to get a part number and the light flashed briefly while I was pulling it apart. I went a bit further and removed the entire socket from the ceiling and it seemed that the plastic crimp connector that was used had barely caught the end of the pigtail wire from the fixture.
I pried upen the connector and re-crimped the wire.
All good! I'd check your fixtures before having to go buy new LED bulbs

Yea we have had one completely die and a few are dying a slow death (individual diodes dying in array). Contacted Jayco and they confirmed they received a bad "batch" from their supplier when our MH was built (Mar 2015). We are going to have all 5" LEDs replaced when goes in for fall servicing. Jayco already said OK to have done under warranty. Kinda stinks that fixture has non-replaceable bulb assembly rather than hard wired unit.
