2016 Greyhawk 31FK Fridge Issue
We purchased our 2016 31FK in April and have been using it quite a bit. We do mostly dry camping so our fridge is running in Auto LP mode most of the time. A few weeks ago I got a "C" fault code on the fridge. The manual states that is for low DC voltage to the panel. Our battery systems monitor shows the battery systems monitor is at 1/3. We are pretty good about conserving battery by using lanterns and such. I use a Honda eu2000 generator to power the rig on long dry camp trips a few hours a day when getting ready and making food to save on fuel compared to the onboard onan.
I noticed that when I turn on the generator, there is a high load being pulled with nothing on in the motorhome other than the fridge. The other day, when trying to use the microwave, the generator kicked a fault for too high load. This was caused by running the fridge in AC while using the microwave (something we have done many times with no issues prior).
Seems the fridge is pulling some serious voltage. Anyone have any ideas on this or does this sound normal? Just trying to understand why we are getting a low voltage error while the only thing that is on is the fridge.
