I just looked. The sticker inside my drivers side door says the unit weighed 12,151 when it left the factory, full of fuel and propane, no water. That means I could add 2,249 of my own stuff, including any dealer add on's and stay within my 14,500 GVW. I pushed it to the limit. I have a 2012 Greyhawk 31SS. Other models are probably different. Sorry the pic is poor.

Another sticker for reference. 2018 31FS. I'd guess its close to this.
1200lbs isn't much when you add in fresh water, grey/black (if its not empty), all the trip stuff and towing a vehicle. Adds up quickly.

wow.. yours weighed over 1,000# more when it left the factory than mine. Both are 31' Greyhawks. Wonder why so much difference.

actual weight

This is the scale weight on my 2012 Greyhawk 31SS, fully loaded with passengers, camping gear, food, fuel, propane, very little fresh water, no gray or black water. Just for fun I pulled into a scale house and weighed it on my way out of town. I unhooked the toad when I did this, so the weight does not include what I was towing, but it does include the weight of the hitch and tow bar. My toad weighs 2,300#
