2016 Greyhawk Inside Outside Speaker Switch

Hello everyone. I am a first-timer to this forum so please excuse me if I do something incorrect. I have been reading many of your insightful and helpful comments. We just purchased a 2016 Greyhawk 31Fs with bunks for the grand-kids. Just got it out for first time this past weekend. Everything went well except for the tankless water heater not working which I will save that for another time; I have been reading plenty about that problem on this forum. Anyway, there is a switch that allows you to switch your radio audio from inside speakers to outside speakers. When I tried the switch the outside speakers came on and sounded good but the inside speakers continued to play. I was expecting the inside speakers to go off. Is there something not working properly with this switch or do I have to fix a setting on the radio? Thanks!

Reverse Problem

Funny... I had the opposite problem! When I switch to my outside speakers the insides turn off... My prior RV had A/B/AB switches so that I could have sound in whichever area I wanted, including having the option of having both on which is a setting I used quite often.

I've found that the cab speakers would still play with the speaker switch set to the outside. I turned them off by playing with the fade setting on the Jensen in dash unit.

Thank you both for your quick responses. Appears that I do not have a technical issue, just need a work-a-around using the fade setting on the radio.

Cab speakers stay on. The switch powers the outside speakers only.
