2016 Greyhawk Oil Changes

Just wondering about consensus on oil change frequency for a 32ft Greyhawk, E450 after the initial 3000 miles. I’ve read every 3000, 5000, and 7500 - haha.

I’ve been doing every 5000 and doing mostly highway driving. Any thoughts?

The Ford owners manual calls for 5000 miles or one year and that's what I do.

Same here. Have never made the mileage yet, so I do once a year just before I put her to sleep for a few months (again, that's according to the manual).

I do 5000 miles with Mobil 1. I always put it away in the fall with a fresh oil change.

I change the oil after each trip. we take 2 long trips each year so that works out to about 5000 miles between changes. I'm of the opinion that oil changes are cheap insurance; You can't change the oil too often.

5k for me it once a year in the fall. This year may be different as it was changed at end of long trip, but may use it again this winter.

I did mine at 2300 miles at 6 months and then just now again at 1 year since last oil change, and at 5900 miles now. Figuring once a year or 5000 miles will be the plan for us as it never sits long.
