2016 Redhawk 31XL Awning Replacement

The awning in our 2016 Redhawk 31XL needs to be replaced. Our RV guy measure it and it's 10 1/2 feet...does this sound right?

It's a Carefree power awning and the print on the tag is worn so we can't read the part number.

Can anyone help?

A measuring tape and a ladder is what I used. They are not that hard to replace. Takes a couple of hours.

Yes, that's how we measured it but I'm hoping someone with the same Redhawk can provide a part/model number.

Look at the section for Awning - 10 1/2 feet would seem to be correct.

Were you able to find the part number and order a replacement? I broke the arms on mine.
