2017 Greyhawk MV Jensen in dash GPS

Can anyone give me any info on the gps that comes with the new greyhawks.
There is absolutely no literature or owners manuals that come with the Jensen JRV 9000.When we called Jensen they said we have to download and print the owners manual. They don't supply owners manuals with the units. How cheap can they be.
I am seriously considering adding a seperate Garmin rv gps that I think might be more user friendly and overall a better unit.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated .
Thankyou

Most all manuals are online these days. Good luck with a dealer helping you.

You'd be much better off picking up a separate GPS anyway. I've played around with the built-in Jensen GPS many times and have found my older Garmin much more user friendly. You not only have to download the user manual, it's a whole nother problem trying to figure out how to update the GPS maps. I keep the maps up to date just to have the unit as a backup and it's a challenging drill every time I do it.

what do you need to know? I've futzed with ours enough to get it working, mostly. I did download *both* manuals from the site. There's a big one for the radio/DVD player and another big one for the navigation software.

As I said before, my initial impression of the navigation was "Yuck" but I've warmed up a bit to and now just think it's quirky.

Well the RV is winterized so I really can't explore it to much untill I get it out on the road.
Thanks for offering your help!

I can tell you that it's a pain in the butt to use while driving. Also hard to see from the drivers seat.

These are for the JRV215, but I'd be willing to bet a nickel it'll be very close to what you need:
