Not to state obvious but is the circuit breaker on the generator popped? Power runs from the generator to the transfer box. If you have a proximity tester you can test the input to the transfer box without opening up the cover.

First thing I would check... on the genny there is a breaker. check that first.
From there, the power runs into the cabinet near your breaker panel inside. Our FK has it in the Bedroom. We have to remove the drawers to access it.

The transfer switch is a galvanized steel box about 8"x 8" and 6" tall. Three larger conduit's entering it. there are two relays that are in the Xfer switch, oversimplified - one engages when the shore power is on, the other engages when the Genny power is on. You can visibly see if the relay is fully engaged by the center top of the relay. The cover is removed by a 1/4" screw that you do not need to completely remove, just loosen it and the cover will open.
