My 2014 does have Dicor covers, my two jam nuts (per wheel) have a line dimple not a dot. The line signifies that the chrome cap stays on the nut. You remove the jam nuts with a T-handled socket that came with my unit when new. I do think the round dimple means the chrome cap does pull off, then you remove the jam nuts. Unfortunately I don't know what size socket you might need.
You're not planning to remove the wheels themselves are you? You will need a torque wrench that can show 450-500 lb/ft, that is the required torque to tighten them back down!
