2017 Seneca 37TS Engine Air Filter

Purchased unit used in July 2018(9200 miles) and was told the filter had been changed. Current filter is a Baldwin Filter which I don't know if it is OEM or not.
Current mileage is 22000. Existing filter is a little dirty on top but the bottom is like new. Air restriction gauge does not indicate anything.
Cummins book says check at 12000 miles but does not mention when to change.
So the question of the day is how often or when to you change your engine air filter??

mine still has the stock one on it i check it every year
if you look down inside there should another filter that is replaceable also

My housing has the attached picture of a sticker on it.
Just had a BIT done on mine and when I got home the gauge is showing all red.... I’m at 12500 miles so I ordered a primary replacement on Amazon. I’ll check the secondary filter when I change the primary.
