Question 2017 Seneca Electrical

Day before yesterday morning I noticed that my house batteries were down to 10.7V. The MH had been unplugged from shore power for about a week. I connected the shore power to charge the batteries and they came up to 13.2V after about 9 hours. Unplugged the shore power again and by the the next morning the charge was down to 11.9. Possible parasitic drain? I plugged the shore power back in and charged the batteries again up to 13V. This time I disconnected the shore power and turned the coach battery switch OFF. After 10 hours today the charge is down to 12.3V but then I noticed the clock on the Microwave was working so I turned the microwave on and it ran. How can I have 120V to the microwave when shore power is disconnected and the battery switch is OFF.
I'm no electrical wizard so try to answer in simple terms.

Grumpy is spot on, your inverter is on. If you are unplugged and are not running the generator, but yet your microwave works, you are making your own 120-volt AC from your batteries! Plus with the inverter on you are also feeding power to your TVs which draw some current even when turned off.

Before you need to rely on your house batteries, consider pulling them out and having them tested. They could be bad after one, and possibly more, total discharges.

Got a lot to learn about this Seneca. Things have gotten complicated compared to my old 2003 class C
Thanks for the replies
