2018 Greyhawk,,,Norcold N821 model

Refrigerator is allways plugged in or on propane while traveling. I check temp in fridge every day, went to check temp 2 days ago. Freezer at 62 and refer at 64. Refer had power to it and was running. Checked outside and chimney and tank plus coils were hot . I turned it off then unplugged it.Plugged it back in and turned back on. Ran it on A/C for 12 hrs checked temp freezer was 49 refer was 54. Switched it over to propane ran for 10 hrs ,,checked after 5 hrs freezer at 33 refer at 49 , checked again after full 10 run on propane and temp was the same. Before starting on propane I put 5 frozen water bottles in freezer to help out still would not get to the temps it has allways run at ,,Freezer would hold 0 - 3 degrees and Refer would hold 29 - 33 with no problems. Temp setting on the unit was #6 with #9 being the coldest. What is wrong ? and What do I do next ? I feel like I am just missing something. Any Help will be appreciated....
