2018 Seneca Horn

Just curious, is the horn on the 2018 Seneca an air horn or a beep beep car horn? If not air, anyone add one?

I'm doing something along the lines discussed in this thread here :

Wimpy beep horn. The roadrunner in the cartoon had a better sounding horn.

Nice to get good feedback on an electric only installation. Could you share some installation info? Where did you install the horns, place the switch, etc? I might attempt this if I can get a decent horn w/o tapping into my air system. Thanks.

I did away completely with the roadrunner horn. Just used the same wires going to it. Placed the horns under the chassis on a bracket for cables. Button on steering wheel activates air horn through existing relays. Biggest problem is keeping the grands out of the cab when camping!

May have to give this a try. I think I may install separately and keep the factory horn for in-town use. Definitely understand the grand kid issue

Previous owner put a switch in mine. Up it activates, through steering wheel button, both beep beep horn & air horn. Down it’s just the “city” horn.
That works pretty well.
