2019 Greyhawk - Deadbolt Issue

My door's deadbolt will not close when attempting to lock it using the key outside but will close from the inside latch handle.
1. I'm curious if this might be an easy fix or needs a replacement.
2. If replacing it are there better options for the door fixture?
3. I'm wondering if this might be indication of some creep attempting to get in. Note: there are no scratches or indications of the key slot being worked over.

We replaced ours with electronic lock form RV Locks. Have really enjoyed not having to carry key every time go to MH. Can wat h video on RV with Tito on YouTube.
