2019 jayco class c emergency exit

Hi, does jayco make a screen for the window? Has anyone made one for it. Would help with ventilation in cooler spring and early fall.

I have a 2019 30x and the screen from over the kitchen counter fits the exit window. I am going to try to find a part number and order a new screen.

But don't tell them what window you are putting it in. Codes don't allow screens in the EMERGENCY window.

WE made a screen out of a piece of plastic screen material and Velcro for the edges. It Velcros to the edges of the window. It can be torn off in case of emergency. Then because the window raises up and out for emergency exits, we cut a stick to hold it open when we are parked and added a loop of yarn to one end which we loop over the window clasp, just to keep from having to go out and pick up the stick if it falls out.

I have a 22j with frameless windows and the dealer said we shouldn't open the window as it was not really connected at the top since it was for a emergency exit. I ask the same question to the dealer since the frameless windows don't open enough to get ventilation.

If it's a frameless opening window then be careful. It will only open so far and then fall on the ground.
