2019 redhawk electrical ?

I bought in December looking forward to using soon.i went to start the van and wouldn’t start
I tried the auxiliary start wouldn’t work. When I was charging the battery I noted loose wires on lower stud of auxiliary solenoid and large red wire with protective boot laying unconnected
I would appreciate your assistance

If you have not used the MH since December the batteries are dead and may not come back. Assuming you moved it after buying, the wires most likely were disconnected after it was parked.
