2019 Seneca, constant ticking

Hi everyone, my 2019 Seneca has a constant ticking coming from under the hood. It sounds like it is coming from or near the blocks of fuses. Anyone have a clue what it is? Or what might be causing it? I did disconnect the batteries hoping it would reset, whatever the issue. It worked, only temporarily. Any advise is appreciated.

Does this noise happen when you are still or only when you are moving. If only when moving, check the tightness of the nuts on the front hub caps. Mine come loose and make an irritating taping noise.

It ticks when it is off and I just notice my speedometer needle clicks too. What is going on?

You dont have scan gage do you. I had a scan gauge with a bad connector and it caused the dash to cycle on and off rapidly. Replaced the connector and no problems for past 18 months.

Yes I do have a Scan Gauge just installed it. But it was making that noise before the Scan Gauge, but that would explain why when I start my rig, and the Scan Gauge starts, the door lights blink.

My 2019 clicks every 3.2 seconds. When this happens the instrument cluster lights turn on then fade out. Once all the way off it clicks and the cluster lights turn back on again. Going to call the dealership and set up a time to get the instrument / lights controller checked. It is either that controller or a harness that is not fully connected. Will keep you informed.

Thanks, I am at a Freightliner Rally, with Freightliner reps on site. They will be looking at the my RV tomorrow at 3pm. Likewise, I'll let you know.

I am at a Freightliner Rally and I was having the same problem. The trainer/mechanic from the factory looked over my rig and was baffled, he had not seen this before. He called back to the factory and spoke with a Freightliner rep to Jayco. He said Jayco is fully aware of the issue. The cause is, Freightliner wires the dash to turn off when you turn off the ignition. Jayco, wired the radio to Freightliners panel to stay on, which is causing feedback, aka dash lights flickering.

I was instructed to contact John Haynes at Jayco and he will troubleshoot the issue with you. Hope that helps.
