2020 Accolade - Bedroom Slide Won't Retract

Can anyone tell me where the manual retraction unit is on a 2020 Entegra Accolade 37K? Or, where the module is to reset the slide? It extended fine but get nothing when I press the retract button on the touch panel or the mobile app. The main slide works fine. I replaced the fuse in the panel on the side of the bed, no help.

Check under the bed, you may have to remove screws to gain access.

Found the slide controller unit under the bed, under some molding that had to be removed.

Reset it but it didn't help.

Ended up having to climb up on a ladder and disconnect the power from each of the slide motors at the top of the slide hidden behind rubber molding and then lift each motor until it disengaged from the track, then push in the slide and brace it from the inside with 2x4's to ensure it wouldn't slide out while driving.

What a pain, not sure what someone would do if they didn't have internet access (to research how since the only manual I had was from Power Gear and apparently that is the main slide only) and a tall ladder. By the time I removed the necessary screws and molding then figured out how to disengage the power and get the motor to lift out of the channel, I had spend almost 2 hours.
