You should get CoachNet for the first year for free with the purchase of the rig. Second, check your insurance policy, mine covers roadside assistance as part of the policy.

Also I read somewhere that Good Sams does not go into State parks to change tires. Do you know if that is true?

I have no idea, I've seen some people say that too, but knock on wood, I haven't had to find out for myself...

I know Good Sam will not go into national parks. I had a flat on my travel trailer at Madison CG in Yellowstone. I called Good Sam while at the park office, no cell service.

After arranging for Good Sam to come, I went back to my campsite.
Little while later, a ranger came by and told me Good Sam couldn't come.
I didn't ask if this was Good Sam policy or national park service.

I had to change the trailer tire myself.

Does the NPS charge roadside assistance firms access fees to the parks on assistance calls? Could be Good Sam doesn't want to pay the fee or abide by the NPS rules and regulations.

Don't know. I didn't ask the Ranger types.

Maybe something to protecting their own franchises. There are 2, maybe 3, full service repair facilities within the park boundaries.
