2021 Jayco Greyhawk Battery unconnected wires

There is a disconnected black wire near the battery positive terminal that goes to terminals on the driver's side firewall. There is also a grey wire with an insulated end near the battery. Are these for the trailer connections? Should i connect the black wire to the battery? Thank you.

I can't say for sure, but the black wire looks like it belongs on the circuit breaker on the firewall, that has an empty stud terminal. The gray (white) wire is just terminated, and may go to an option it doesn't have on it.

My first thought, does everything work ok on the RV?

Could be for solar since it would charge batteries.

On my Entegra Odyssey, the black wire that is connected to the bottom (lower) terminal on the solenoid on the driver side runs over and is connected to the battery. Its to provide charging power to the Camping battery while driving.

If you are talking about the large nutted white wire, on mine that is part of the wiring for the leveler option. That unused breaker at the passenger side is also part of the leveler option, at least on mine.

It is a heavy gauge 10 or 8 gauge wire

Here is another picture. I think I agree that it should go to stud on top of positive connector on battery and is used to charge house battery. The fusible link above is 12 or 14 gauge wire. They may have disconnected it when shipped to dealer and dealer did not connect it. I'm waiting to hear from dealer with his opinion. I hope he replies soon. Everything works in the house except the levelers don't work, message says weak battery, without engine running. I think this is the reason why.

Note I do not have the leveler option, although the wiring was supposedly installed; so things may be wired differently on yours from mine.

I'm just guessing here but is that for the battery emergency jump? The button on the lower left below steering wheel.
