2022 Greyhawk speakers

New motor home has 4 ceiling speakers inside and two outside. Has a switch to change from inside to outside. Salesman said tv also worked on the speakers! I can only get radio through them. Tv settings has sound settings but does not work speakers. Anyone have same problem? Book has no mention of tv speakers. Help

Dont think the TV is wired into that dash stereo speaker system.

Check the wiring at the back of the TV, you will probably find nothing connected but a power cord and a coax cable.

On my 2017 Greyhawk the TV will feed through the back speakers as well as the outside speakers. I believe the radio is fed with a couple of RCA cables on the back of the TV. To get it to work I have to select AUX 2 on the radio. I don't think there was a TV selection available.

So, look on the back of the TV for the cables. If there, try all input selections on the radio.

2022 Greyhawk speakers

I only have coax and power cord attached to tv so you are right! It would be nice if they could be used by tv.

Question- is your stereo in the dash of the cab, or a traditional RV stereo mounted in the camper side of the RV?

Reason I ask is because these new units seem to come with a cab dash mounted stereo (only) that is connected to the camper speakers, but provide no further functionality/connectivity, such as tv connection, dvd player, etc.

I remember on mine is was a pain and I don't use it often so I always forget and have to mess around with it.

I know you need to use Aux on the dash radio and then make sure the volume is up for the correct zone. One zone being front door speakers, another being the back ceiling speakers.

Then I believe you have to chose the correct output on the TV. When mine powers up it gives you two options. I forget which I choose. When it is working, usually the TV and the ceiling speakers play.

I can't remember extra cords on the TV, but it would make sense that there are two RCA cables (left and right) that go from the TV sound output to the dash radio for Aux.

I have a great update! Got home with motor home and went to changing different things. The tv will Bluetooth to Sony radio in dash and use all the speakers. Why didn’t dealer or Greyhawk book explain that??
