21 Melborne RP issues

Upper bunk on RP has insulation sticking out with no bezel or frame securing it.

RV Dealer said normal and Jayco say’s not normal. Jayco says they need to check the production line. I assumed they would have a simple parts list.

Dealer "should" have fixed before you even left the lot.

Thank you for the reply. They did a quick walk thru and said everything is fine. It is sitting at the dealer now. Just a learning experience and they billed Jayco for warranty work before I even signed for it. Im still waiting for them to figure out the other list of issues and the Bunk windshield insulation and screws sticking out around it. I was hoping someone here would have the same model. I still like my Melborne.

We love our 2017 Melbourne.
And I'm glad it had a two-year warranty. Well into the second year of ownership, we were still dealing with warranty issues.
The more use the Melbourne gets early in your ownership, the more likely it is that issues will arise. That was the case with us.
We have 37,000 miles in four years of use.

Quite impressive. 37,000. I'm fairly certain I could not match that. But heck, I'm going to try.

Good to know. You have to be 6'2" to reach the pedals! I do okay at 5'9" but clearly the cab was built for bigger stock.

Not lots of room but works great. I might upgrade shower head once bugs completed.

At almost 6’5” I love the legroom. I am sure you discovered this but the seat raises and lowers as well. This might help get you to a better position.
