Question 21in TV Back bedroom: Couple of ?s

Howdy again!
In my 2010 GH, there is a connection and room in the back bedroom for a 21inch TV. Right now, the TV is just sitting inside the top cabinet that has an outlet and a coax connection and is surrounded by pillows while we travel.

So here are my questions:

Q1: There is a cable connection in there. If I hook that up, is it supposed to play the same thing that is playing on the front TV if we are not hooked into a cable system and only using the HDTV antenna? I could not get this to work, and was relegated to just hooking it up to a DVD player.

Q2: Can anyone recommend a good TV mount for this? I am very wary of drilling into the walls of the RV and don't want to hit something critical. How will I know, other than I hit something critical, that there is nothing in the wall that is mission critical. I also don't want to make a bunch of holes on the wall but I also want to make sure if I buy a mount that it will hold the TV...

Thanks in advance for the help.

The 2 TVs should operate independently of each other.

If you are hooked up to cable then you should be able to watch cable channels on each TV.
If you have the antenna amp on then you should be able to watch OTA channels on both TVs.
