26XD Redhawk - How to Manually retract slideouts
I have had a new 2015 Redhawk 26XD for a few weeks and am trying to learn to cope with it. This rig has 2 slideouts, one in the rear under the bed, and one in the front for table and loveseat.
The owners manual says that if a slider should get stuck out, that you use a 3/4 socket and ratchet to manually bring it in after you release the brake on the motor. I can not figure out how to access any of this stuff.
It also mentions storage under the bed? I know that is where a lot of electrical is and have been wanting to look under the bed to see what kind of power converter I have (it is causing rf interference to a ham radio) and find the fan that is cycling off and on when we are trying to sleep at night.
I can't figure out how to access that compartment under the bed. I also would like to inspect the wiring there.
Anyone got any clues on how you get into this compartment under the bed and where you attach the socket and ratchet should the slideouts get stuck?
Thanks in advance!
Chuck
