31FK bath light switch turns on fantastic fan

Does anyone else find that when you turn on the switch labeled “bath lights” in the bathroom, that the fantastic fan in the bedroom comes on when the switch on the fan is turned to “either in or out”? Bypassing the wall thermostat in the bedroom? We have a 2012 , also, all of a sudden the light inside the shower won’t come on. Can’t find a separate fuse for the light inside the shower? it should since it’s in the “wet” area, Jayco doesn’t have a listing for it separately but it makes sense there should be and it shouldn’t be hooked to the bathroom fan which they think it is? Anyone have the same issues or any idea of how it’s designed? Thanks for your help.

Not required on a 12v system to fuse seperately.

Bath light problems

Went today and worked on unit, found out the problem. Switch has a ground problem, when you move it side to side, light will blink on and off. Dealer said after 5 yrs. they start to go bad. so the jiggling and vibration of the road has made 3 of our switches spade connector grounds into the switch go bad and vibrated loose. For 3.50 each, we bought new switches to replace the old ones with, hopefully a tighter fit, so hopefully they will be good for another five years. After checking bulbs, fuses, etc. our last thought that it was a loose connection proved to be the problem. So look at the switches if you’ve also got the same problem.

Bath light

It’s the one at the bottom in bathroom by itself, or do you mean you can’t find the switch to replace it with? Our Jayco rv dealer has half an isle of nothing but switches. Your Jayco dealer should be able to order it from the mfg.
