37HJ access to bed with slides in

Can you access the bed in the Seneca 37HJ with the slides in? I've been caught in a snow storm and 50+ mph winds and had to leave my slides in for a few days. From the floorplan it looks like the slide closes access to the bedroom in the HJ.

In my 36FK you can't get the full bed and its a very tight squeeze to get in. I also can't inflate my sleep number bed with the slide in.

You do have access to the bed with slides pulled in.

Thanks. Is it walk-in or tight squeeze-in?

We also have the 36FK, and have had to pull our slides in with severe storms... We also found that we can push the bedroom slide out about 6-inches and get by pretty well. We were worried about losing the slide toppers in the high winds in Texas last fall.

You can not walk into the bedroom on the HJ with the slides closed, but you can get straight onto the bed at the doorway from the bathroom. You need to craw across the bed to get to the back closet. If you modify the bed to a queen size, like others have done, you'd be able to slip in along the side of the bed.

Slide in

You can squeeze into the bedroom but the bed base is fixed in position so only the mattress moves on a 1/2" piece of plywood with 2 X 2 runners - no support near the foot of the bed - we try to crawl across the middle of the bed and stay off of the 18' + near the foot
