Most newer/late model PU's have both 7 pin and 4 pin connections located in the rear bumper.

Another place to look is ETRAILER com....

My Truck has a dual 7-Blade and a standard 4-flat on the rear bumper area.

Haven't seen any thing that has a 7-way to both 7-pin and flat 4 way adapters...

My trailer connector box looks like this

I have never tried it but I don't think I could use both the 7-way blade and 4-way flat connections at the same time... Would be unable to open both locking lid covers at same time...

What truck brand and model? What are you trying to do exactly? It sounds like you want to use the 7 pin for the trailer and the 4 pin to power something else, like a brake light bar?

Hopkins and others make lots of varieties of adapters for this. Some plug into your 7 pin and split off, some replace your existing 7 pin with a 7/4 pin. If it were me, I would either go to a local dealer or call etrailer (possibly both really) and explain exactly what you want to do.

This would be one option, but you would want them to confirm if the harness would match your vehicle. https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-...M11141920.html
