Advanced Traction Light on

Please help! We just took our brand new Greyhawk on our first trip and our traction light went on and the ABS stopped working. Any suggestions? We are going to stop at a Ford Dealership in the town we are stuck at to see if they might able to help. Thank you!

You did the best thing: Take it to Ford.

You have a 3-yr warranty supported by Ford on that chassis, so take advantage of it.

Included in that warranty is Ford Roadside Assistance. So if you're stuck, they'll tow you up to 30 miles for warranty service. I recently had to take advantage of this feature, and I can tell you, it was a lifesaver.

Ford

So, the Ford dealership in Jamestown ND does not have the garage to get the RV in. So, we are trying to find another dealership that actually can take the size vehicle

Call Ford.

The number for Roadside Assistance is 1-800-241-3673 (Found on page 117 of my owner's manual)

Have your VIN handy.

They will be able to tell you who the nearest Ford dealership is who can service your chassis, and they will even arrange transportation of the unit to that service center (up to 30 miles is included in the warranty).
