almost gone

Ready to hit the road- and then.... got the Seneca loaded, got a car caddy delivered and put together, sold my work truck. made reservations in Rockport TX for the winter, had a huge garage sale and got rid of everything that family didn't want, accepted an offer on our house that was to close today and our buyer's buyer (selling his home too) needs more documents! Closing postponed until next week . To use an old military expression we are "maintaining a rigid state of flexibility". Could be worse, at least we have the motorhome to stay in! On the bright side, I have had a lot of time to go through it and fix all the quality issues like adjusting drawer latches, the entry door latch, water pump connection (pin out of connector), shore power reel not retracting, shower head not attached properly and moving the electronics to the cabinet above the micro and cleaning up the rats nest of cables there. I have become fairly familiar with everything- still haven't made peace with the infotainment system though . I do have one question I hope someone can help with- what is the thin cable with a female connector coming out of the drivers side windshield post just below the overhead console? Is this power for maybe a CB or an antenna connection? Thanks for any help-Ron

A picture of the cable would help us help you.

If it a loop then it is the air horn. If just a wire it is the microphone wire for the hands free link to the stereo and perhaps the microphone is missing. If it a loop Give it a pull and see what happens.

On my 2017 37TS it is the microphone for the blurtooth setup, so I was told at the PDI. Haven't used the Bluetooth yet so I assume the Technician knew whay he was talking about
