Atwood model Afmd35 failed this am. After blowing out line for ice maker left fitting loose. Drip got igniter board for furnace wet. Dried with hair dryer and furnace gas lites once then cycles blower three times with nothing. Any ideas or just get another board?

You can take the board to an RV service center and they can check to see if it's good. Those boards are fairly fragile, moisture, static electric etc can kill them.

Good Luck..

Fixed! Found out after blow drying the board on hi heat, the furnace won’t stay lite unless the exhaust pipe is connected. There is just enough kink in the pipe to create some back pressure that the exhaust needs. Wouldn’t stay lit unless I stuck it in place. Drying second time did the trick as far as getting a flame. Installing exhaust pipe keeps it lit! Word to the wise - Make sure you tighten all the water fittings for the ice maker after blowing them out for the freeze or it will drip on the circuit board for the furnace which started all this mess!

Their website states they do not sell to the public. Did you just use the site to figure out exactly what you needed before having the dealer order the part?

That circuit board needs to be protected from moisture and water getting on it from any source, including driving rain. Put a half cup, plastic guard over it and all problems resolved after drying with air dryer. Took two events, to learn how to fix it correctly. Good knowledge about the exhaust being in place to work correctly. Thanks for sharing.
