Automatic stairs

My automatic stairs on my 2016 Redhawk are acting up again. I have had the motor replaced twice already. Really don’t want to do it a third time w the same replacement. Any suggestions?

Do they look straight when you are looking down the sides? Mine stuck down one time and got bent slightly when I pulled forward. A couple whacks with a 5 lb hammer towards the front and they work flawless now.
