On our old hybrid, the fridge light was mounted on the side beside the door with an integrated switch. I installed a 3" computer fan and tapped the power off the light before the switch, so the fan was running whenever the fridge was turned on. I mounted the fan on the fins using double-sided tape, and just wedged the wires into the connectors on the light. It really helped in evening out the temperature inside the fridge and eliminated warm spots.

No biggie; it wasn't expensive.

Currently between RV's, and it might stay that way !
